Here is a small corner that I, the desinger, janitor and president of Celltei, would like to share with you my experience. I hope what I have learnt can be of meaning to you whether you want to pursuit an idea, start your own business, or just to get some insights of the world of manufacturing or retailing.

Let me start with the question people often ask me, "is it worth it to start your own business?" My answer remains the same, "it is tough and may not be for everyone. Seeing a physical product completed from your own drawing is very fulfilling. Reading a happy customer's email sharing a bit of his/her life with you is very rewarding. Yet, these happy moments are only a small part of substaining a business till its root amasses the ground. There are a lot of responsibilities and disappointments. Wanting not to fail and afraid not to try, you feel you are almost there but always not quite there. Then, we all spend time working hard, we may as well do something we love."         Angie
