The earpiece comfortably cradles your ear via a lightweight plastic bracket. The bracket swivels to fit your left or right ear and comes with an omni-directional microphone that blocks out background noise and enables crystal clear reception.
The microphone is attached to a completely flexible arm that also swivels up and down for an adjustable fit.
