Feedback: Upon receipt of the carrier, Susan called and told us that the custom-made carrier shows remarkable a difference for her Bichon. He walked right in, sniffed a little bit and stayed calm inside with the door unzipped. She believed her idea of a light interior color works. It lifts the space. The soft faux fur padding may also contribute to a comfortable interior for her Bichon. Later on, she requested us to change the side curtain to black color so that the mesh is concealed and the carrier looks less like a pet carrier.
