PACKING
Celltei® pet carriers come with support panels for all size carriers with two additional hard frames for large and xl sizes. Carriers are set up by snapping in these roof panels and rolling up the side curtains. We also ensure all required accessories are present and accounted for.
Pet charms or necklaces and pendants are meticulously bundled in bubble wrap to prevent damage during delivery and our signature purple silk pouch is included with each piece.
Invoices are processed through our database and verified by double - checking against information taken for phone orders or on-line orders. An invoice is always folded and tucked in with the ordered product.
Pallets -- cardboard squares -- are placed underneath the demarcation lines where the box's flaps will be sealed with tape so the merchandise won't be any accidentally cut when the tape is sliced open.
