Give us a call! We can help you find the right size, style or design. We will charge or refund you the price difference with additional shipping and send you the right product immediately. Please return the item within 10 days from the date you request an exchange.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Simply write down the reason for the return on the invoice and send us the item in the same condition within two weeks from the date you receive it. A refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. Please note that shipping charge is not refundable and a 10% restocking fee for return will be charged. Refunds/credits will be made to the original form of payment.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

Celltei carriers come with one year warranty that covers all manufacturing parts and pieces. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage inflicted by pets, such as tearing, scratching, staining, or chewing, and wear and tear from normal normal.

In case you need to repair a chewed zipper or torn mesh (yes, it happens), you can send the products back to us with a note containing your contact information and area for damage, we will call you with the expected charges. Repair fee is reasonable, regularly range from $45 to $90 depends upon the time it will take to complete the job. If the damage is extensive, we may offer the option to purchase a new or similar product at a discount.

DO-IT-YOURSELF REPAIR

If your product warranty has expired and certain parts need fixing, you may be able to do it yourselves:

• Crushed roof support panels - replacement panels are available but we do need to know when the product was purchased so that we can match the snap button
• Crushed body panels - Certain products have the additional zipper structure for replacing the panels. Please check if there is a zipper on the base that you can unzip to remove the body support panels with a new one.
• Crushed bottom support panel - You should find a velcro opening on the base for removing the bottom panel. As some designs have the "little plastic feet" attached o the bottom panels, you also need to remove the feet first. The little feet can be ordered.
• Lost a zipper puller or other detachable parts - yes, we can offer replacement.
