We appreciate your patience and continuous support in the last few years during our transition to set up our production here. To become an authorized Celltei dealer, you must provide us the following information:

1) Your business information (including your name, your business name, contact details and tax identification number)
2) Resale Certificate
3) Credit Card Authorization Form

AND meet one of the following requirements:

1. have a retail store at a commercial location where customers can visit during business hours
2. experienced consumer show and event vendors with at least 4 shows/events a year
3. have an existing on-line shopping business that carry multiple product lines from different suppliers or
   will have one launched within three months
4. have an existing catalog mailing business with a published catalog

Your store information will be listed at Celltei.com's Vendor Listing. In order to stay an active Celltei vendor and enjoy Celltei Web listing, vendors must adequately stock Celltei products - minimal of three pieces of Celltei pet carrier are kept. Deficiency in the availability of Celltei product will result in delisting of your information on Celltei Vendor Listing and your vendor status.
