If you have a travel deadline and need immediate attention, please call us at +1-718-388-8882 (9 to 5 pm Mon to Fri EST).   
The cut-off time for shipping out an order on the same day is usually 2 pm (EST). 

Processing Time

Do check the delivery timeframe for each items.  In general, in-stock products are shipped within 5 business days from our premises in Brooklyn, New York (ZIP code 11206).  Custom made items take at least 3-4 weeks.  For complicated designs, we usually have the product fully set up if the larger size does not substantially affect the shipping fee. 

Duties& Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, and related fees. If the products are returned to us or are unclaimed, customers are deemed responsible and will be charged for the shipping and related costs.

Shipping Options, rates & Transit Time

By entering your shipping information and before placing an order, you can obtain the shipping rates based on the available shipping methods below.  The transit time is:

• US Locations: 1 to 7 business days (also see UPS Ground Service Map below)
• US Protectorates: 2 to 10 business days 
• International:  3 to 10 business days based on the shipping method chosen

* US Protectorates include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam,
Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands
** US Postal First Class mail service is available for small and light weight packages only in selected locations
