Celltei carriers come with one-year warranty that covers all manufacturing parts and pieces. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage inflicted by pets, such as tearing, scratching, staining, or chewing and, wear and tear from normal use.


If your naughty one has damaged the carrier, we may be able to repair the damage for a modest fee. If the damage cannot be repaired, we may offer you a replacement at a discounted price.


Give us a call! We can help you find the right size, style or design. We will charge or refund you the price difference with additional shipping and send you the right product immediately. Please return the item within 10 days from the date you request an exchange.


Simply write down the reason for the return on the invoice and send us the item in the same condition (new and unused) within two weeks from the date you receive it. A refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. Please note that shipping charge is not refundable and a 15% restocking fee for return will be charged. Yes, it happens! In case you need to repair a chewed zipper or torn mesh, you can email us a few pictures to assess if the damage can be repair and the approximate repair fee. The fee usually ranges from $50 to $90 based on the time involved. If the damage is extensive, we may offer a new product at a discount.
